HELP DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE (3)
3 hours per week
Using online course content, hands on and online labs, this course will introduce students to the methods and procedures involved with computer end-user support. Areas discussed include user needs Analysis, Troubleshooting computer problems, customer service fundamentals and training end users. Help desk tools, technologies and concepts will also be discussed. Students will develop various communication competencies (oral, written, presentation, phone, email, in person) necessary to provide high level customer support.
