Here you can find CF's Admissions applications for General Admissions, Dual Enrollment, International, Bachelor's, and GED classes at the Jack Wilkinson Levy Campus. Use the buttons to fast travel to the application you want to complete.

Please keep an eye on the email you used in your application. Once you receive your CF Student ID number, you will be able to log into your MyCF portal and check your status using the Admission Status tab.

Your application will be processed as soon as possible, but we are experiencing delays of up to three weeks. If you already submitted an application, you do not need to submit another.

Having Trouble Choosing the Correct Application?

Most applicants will be filling out the General Application, but to make sure you are filling out the correct application, please view the descriptions below for each application below.

General Application: CF is the first college or university you will attend or for those that want to finish a degree that they started here or at another educational institution.
Dual Enrollment and Collegiate Academy Application: You are a qualified middle or high school student that wants to accelerate their college education.
International Application: You are applying for or currently holding an F-1 student visa.
Bachelor's Application: You are a student that already has an Associate's degree and wants to take their education to the next level.
GED at Levy Campus: You are 16 or older and need to earn a State of Florida High School Diploma.
