Students seeking a career in the personal computer industry will benefit from this course. This course addresses the basic skills needed by any entry-level technician and for the current (CompTIA) A+ IT Technician exam. This course is targeted for individuals who work or intend to work in a mobile or corporate technical environment with a high level of face-to-face client interaction. Computer hardware, software and networking will be examined. Troubleshooting, security issues, communication and professionalism will be emphasized throughout the course.
