Description
Spreadsheet Applications presents issues and techniques used to augment business decision making using a PC. Using Microsoft Excel 2007 as the tool, the course examines using formulas and functions to analyze financial data. Students work with multiple worksheets to consolidate and summarize data. Students learn to use macros to create Excel applications and to import various types of data including text files, Access databases and web queries. Finally, students will learn to use Solver to analyze and solve complex, multi-variable problems.
