    Description

    This course is designed for students capable of intensive study and discussion of a variety of representative selections from American literature including poetry, fictio, nonfictional prose and drama by major authors such as Poe, Hawthorne, Melville, Thoreau and Dickinson) from the beginning of America through the 19th century. May be taken for credit without AML 2020. Selective admission.
