Description

NUR 2751C W NURSING III A (5) Average of 15 class and clinical hours per week, but hours per week will vary Prerequisite: NUR 1733C Co-requisite: NUR 1830 Nursing IIIA builds on the knowledge and skills acquired in Nursing IIA and B and Nursing III A. In this course, students focus on use of the nursing process to assist clients for whom stressors are affecting the ability to meet needs for physiological and psychological safety, self-esteem and/or love and belonging, and sexuality. Through clinical experiences, students learn new nursing skills. Students provide nursing care in community, psychiatric, and acute care facilities
