Description

Nursing III B builds on the knowledge, skills acquired in Nursing II A, B, and Nursing III A. In this course students focus on the nursing process to provide all levels of prevention to the childbearing family and to clients having difficulty meeting the need for oxygen. Through clinical experiences, students learn new nursing skills including those related to the childbearing family. Students provide nursing care in community and acute care facilities. Average of 13 class and clinical hours per week, but hours per week will vary.
