Description

OST 2335 F, W BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS (3) 3 hours per week Prerequisite: ENC 1101 This course teaches the concepts and skills needed to communicate effectively in business. Emphasis is placed on types and tones of common business correspondence (letters, memos, e-mail, reports) and increasing the clarity of oral business presentations.
