Description
The student may take any module in a credit or noncredit mode. Each module will give one hour of science credit. Only if the student takes all four modules will he or she receive four hours credit for lecture/laboratory combinations. This series of mini-classes focuses on pests and pesticides, with special emphasis on health issues related to exposure to pesticides. Each module is comprised of 12 hours of activities and 6 hours of laboratory/field experience. Part 4 is "Pests and Pesticides." This course may be counted as either a biological or physical science credit. (18 total hours per semester.)
