PEM 1142 F, W AEROBICS II (1) Prerequisite: PEM 1141, written permission from PEM 1142 instructor, suggested physical from a medical doctor This is an advanced course in aerobics with emphasis on varied exercises that will stimulate heart and lung activity. Emphasis placed on diagnostic testing, evaluation of progress and a study of concepts involved.
