Spring Semester Book Charges :       
Students are required to complete the Bookstore Authorization one time while attending CF.  If you are unable to access the Bookstore Authorization link, it means that you have already completed this requirement. Please verify that you have financial aid funds (in excess of your tuition and fees) available before proceeding to the bookstore.   
Spring A/C Term - Dec. 5, 2016  through Jan. 16, 2017
Spring B Term - Feb. 27, 2017 through March 10, 2017

Financial Aid Disbursements

Expected disbursement dates below are for students who meet all disbursement criteria, including attendance. Refunds are generally available on Bank Mobile Vibe Card two to three business days after funds are disbursed. Students with B term classes will receive disbursements after attendance is confirmed in the B term.
Spring A and C term disbursements are expected to begin on Jan. 25, 2017 with Spring B term disbursements beginning March 22, 2017.
Federal Stafford Loan Awards for 2016-2017
Students receiving financial aid for 2016-2017 will be offered the maximum amount of eligible aid, including Federal Stafford Loans. If a student is awarded a Federal Stafford Loan and has an active Master Promissory Note, Loan Entrance Counseling, and confirmed attendance, the loan disbursement will be processed. Students who wish to receive the loans should check their My Financial Aid/Missing Documents link to see if the Master Promissory Note or Loan Entrance Counseling are needed. Students who do not want to receive the loan awards should complete a Stafford Loan Change Form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office. All students must attend a minimum of six credit hours per semester to be eligible for Federal Stafford Loans.

Viewing Your Financial Aid Award

To see your financial aid award, select My Financial Aid, then My Financial Aid Awards. If there is no awards, select Missing Documents to determine the status of your file.

Were you selected for financial aid verification? You can speed up the verification process so you can get awarded sooner. If we're requiring an Income Tax Transcript, we may be able to exempt this if you use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool. Go online and update your 2016-2017 FAFSA today with the IRS Data Retrieval Tool. We should have your income tax information within three business days.  After three business days, go to myCF to confirm that the Income Tax Transcript requirement has been satisfied.  Make sure you turn in all requested documents as soon as possible so we can finish the verification process.

Not sure what documents to submit? Log in to your myCF student portal; select the Financial Aid tab at the top, the My Financial Aid button at the bottom and the Missing Documents link.  You can electronically submit PDF's of some of the required documents.    If we accept that particular document electronically, there will be an "Upload" link on your Missing Documents page.

Remember, your fees must be paid in full or you must have sufficient financial aid awarded to cover all fees by your due date to hold your classes.  To check your fee payment due date on your Fee Statement go to MyCF, Enrollment, My Classes and Fees, and then Fee Statement.
