MNA 2141 W BASIC LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY SKILLS (3) 3 hours per week A study of practical applications of supervisory principles needed in a modern organizational environment including leadership techniques, communication, motivation, employee training and development, decision making and performance appraisal.
