Description

OST 1384 CUSTOMER SERVICE (3) 3 hours per week This course is an introduction to the basics of customer service technology with emphasis on enhancing customer relation skills. Students will learn how to focus building rapport with customers and improving their communication negotiation skills. In addition, students will learn how to respond to customer requirements and efficiently handle difficult situations.
