Description

Students seeking a career in the personal computer industry will benefit from this course. This course will address the basic skills needed by any entry-level technician and for preparation for the current (CompTIA) A+ Exam. This course is one of two courses required for the preparation for current A+ Exam. This course will focus on software installation, troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading as well as network and security issues related to Software configuration. This section will also address the professionalism and communication skills necessary for an IT professional.
