Description
Students seeking a career in the personal computer industry will benefit from this course. This course will address the basic skills needed by any entry-level technician and for preparation for the current (CompTIA) A+ Remote Support Technician examination. This certification is targeted for individuals who work or intend to work in a remote-based work environment where client interaction, client training, operating system and connectivity issues are emphasized.
