The needs of various groups within society are covered,
including the elderly, the physically handicapped, and
substance abusers. Suicide intervention and crisis
intervention techniques are studied. Community
relations techniques and courtesy are examined.
Objectives are addressed as specified by the Criminal
Justice Standards and Training Commission.
