Description

An English composition course designed for the student scoring 60 to 82 on the CPT or the equivalent to this score on the SAT or ACT, who needs to develop basic skills in word choice, parts of speech, sentence structure, grammar, and paragraphing. No student may enroll in this course more than three times without paying full cost of instruction. English as a Second Language students are required to successfully complete prep reading and English courses as the higher level of the ESL program. (3 hours lecture and 1 hour laboratory per week.)
