    Description

    A course designed to develop understanding of the historical traditions of world literature from the Enlightenment to the present. Emphasis is on the development of Western literacy attitudes and ideas through works in translation, by such authors as Moliere, Swift, Wordsworth, Dostoevesky, Ibsen, Flaubert, Pirandello, Yeats, Camus, Eliot and O'Connor.
