Description

PSC 1341 PHYSICAL SCIENCE FOR EDUCATORS (4) 5 hours of integrated lecture and lab per week. This course is a survey course of physical science : physics and chemistry, with a lab component. The emphasis is on science content with pedagogy and applications for K - 8 pre-service and inservice teachers. It includes the development, by the participants in the course, of age appropriate labs, activities, and other teaching materials appropriate for K - 8 students.
